This night, round about 3:50 a.m. we had a little earthquake. Nothing happened - it wasn't that strong 3.7.
But it reminded us of Italy's worst earthquake in 30 years that hit L'Aquila in the middle of the night of April 6th 2009, killing more than 150 people as they slept and razing irreplaceable ancient buildings.
More than 50,000 people were left homeless in L'Aquila, the walled medieval town at the quake’s epicenter, 70 miles east of Rome.
But a year later we can see God's hand in L'Aquila. People came to the Lord and a church was build. On April 25th they will have the first baptisms there. The Lord is great and for Him nothing is impossible.
